1. Eligibility for Returns

• Teas: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea packages. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.
3. Package Your Return: Please securely package the items in their original packaging, if possible, and include your RA number.
4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

• Gift cards
• Sale items (unless otherwise stated)
